Hilton Chatan details

Hilton Chatan is a resort hotel located in the central part of the main island of Okinawa. Located in the town of Chatan, next to the hotel is the American-style townscape of Mihama American Village , where you can enjoy shopping at the same time.

The beach is also within walking distance, so you can enjoy Okinawa to the fullest. Hilton Chatan also has a pool. The pool has a slider that both adults and children can enjoy.

From the official website

Access from Naha Airport is approximately 40 minutes by car or 1 hour by bus . It is closer than going to the northern part of the prefecture, but further away than Kokusai Dori and other areas of Naha city. It is a place that meets the demand of people who want to easily see the beautiful sea in Okinawa.

Introducing part of the menu

All Okinawa specialties are available. Chanpuru, Okinawa soba, juicy, island tofu, mozuku vinegar, sata andagi, etc.

restaurant entrance

Here are some photos near the entrance of the restaurant. Directly connected to the front lobby, it is located in an easy-to-understand location. ▼

It is clearly divided into a senior member lane, a general lane, and an exit path. ▼

This restaurant has large windows and an open atmosphere. ▼

You can have your breakfast outside if you wish. You can also enjoy your meal under the clear sky while feeling the crisp morning air. ▼

egg station

The chef will make omelets, fried eggs, and Okinawan specialty " pork eggs " right in front of you. You can choose the ingredients for your omelet from ham, mushrooms, cheese, spinach, or a mix . Pork egg is rare.

There is a fried egg and a boiled egg next to it. These eggs are free-range eggs , more expensive than regular eggs, and have a richer flavor. There were many people who dared to take this without asking the chef. ▼

Hot meals, salads, etc.

This is next to the egg station. Scrambled eggs, french fries, etc. were available here. There were also other fried chicken dishes. ▼

The salad corner is here. ▼

Dressing, ham, cheese, etc. are also available. ▼

Bacon and Weiner are here. ▼

There is also Okinawa soba. ▼

There are mozuku, bitter gourd salad, island tofu, and mentaiko. ▼

We have dashimaki eggs and grilled salmon. ▼

We also have porridge and white rice.

bread corner

There was a wide variety of bread. The red sweet potato danish was especially delicious. There are also red sweet potato pancakes. ▼

There are plenty of syrups and you can enjoy a variety of seasonings. ▼

There is a soft serve ice cream machine. I didn't see anyone making it, but if you have a strong stomach, please try it (lol)▼

fruits etc.

Next is the fruit corner. The pineapple was sweet and delicious. There were also unusual varieties such as watermelons and mandarin oranges. Grapes are grapes with seeds. ▼

Drink corner

Here are the drinks. A wide variety of juices are available. There was also tomato juice. ▼

There were also cornflakes.

Arranged photo

Below are some photos of the arrangement. I ordered an omelet with spinach. ▼

Comprehensive review

This concludes my introduction to Hilton Chatan's breakfast with photos.

Since it's a large Hilton hotel, I expected it to be quite crowded, but when I visited around 8 o'clock, I was seated right away without having to line up.

The restaurant has large windows and an open feel . If the weather is sunny, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. There is also outdoor terrace seating , so you can enjoy your meal while feeling the warm Okinawa climate. However, Okinawa's weather is changeable, so be careful of rain showers.

As for the buffet, there is a wide selection of Okinawan dishes, and you can enjoy all the specialties just by having breakfast here.

Compatible with both healthy and rich foods. I felt that they had come up with a way to enjoy it even for those who don't want to eat much in the morning.

The breakfast was very satisfying, perhaps because of the security of being a Hilton.
