I stayed at Royal Park Hotel Kurashiki, so I will write a blog-like review of the breakfast provided. This hotel is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Kurashiki Station and within walking distance of the Bikan Historical Quarter, a tourist area.

Main
Breakfast changes daily and includes Japanese and Western dishes. You cannot make a selection, so the staff will bring you the daily menu for that day.
▼Western food is scrambled eggs and fromage quiche
▼ Grilled Spanish Mackerel with Bicchu Miso ~ Served with Setouchi Lemon Peel ~
▼On the day I visited, I had Japanese food.
buffet
▼Everything except the main plate is buffet style and you pick it up yourself. There are salads, pickled tuna, and fried chicken. There was also Okayama's specialty mamakari. The small plates are wrapped in plastic wrap, making them safe from a hygiene perspective.
▼Salad
▼Salad toppings are also available.
▼There are also different types of dressing.

Overall review
This concludes my introduction to the breakfast at Royal Park Hotel Kurashiki. You can enjoy a good breakfast with a combination of main dish and buffet. Although it's called a buffet, there isn't a huge variety of menu items to choose from, but there are carefully selected dishes that seem to be good for the body.
The food served on small plates is wrapped in plastic wrap, making it safe from a hygiene perspective.
Personally, I was very happy to have ``Mamakari'', a specialty of Okayama.
