Blog reviews and reviews of Sheraton Grand Hotel Hiroshima rooms

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Hiroshima , so I will write a blog-like review of the stay. The hotel is conveniently located for access to Miyajima and Hiroshima city, so we recommend it for both sightseeing and business .

Sheraton Grand Hotel Hiroshima Details

The hotel is directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station , so it has the advantage of being able to head to the hotel immediately after arriving on the Shinkansen. In addition, a shuttle bus to Hiroshima Airport runs from the rotary in front of the hotel, so the hotel has good access from land and air therapy.

There are 9 types of guest rooms ranging from standard rooms to suite rooms . The total number of rooms is 238. All rooms are equipped with the Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience.

This time I made a reservation from the official Marriott Bonvoy website.

The hotel is directly connected to the station

The hotel is connected to the JR Hiroshima Station ticket gate and flat .

▼The station and hotel are connected by a pedestrian bridge. You don't have to worry about carrying heavy suitcases. The location is also easy to find.

There is a shopping facility called Ekie right in front of you. Not only are there plenty of restaurants, but there are also souvenir shops selling things like Momiji Manju. It was a large shop, so it was always crowded and there was a line at the register.

▼The Sheraton signboard came into view.

▼Because it was New Year's Day, Kadomatsu were placed there. Although it is a foreign-affiliated hotel, it also does Japanese cultural things.

▼This is the front desk. We arrived at check-in time, which was close to 3pm, so we had to wait for a while.

I was able to check in safely. Now, let's head to the guest room. The elevator to go outside and the elevator to the guest room are different. To go out from your room, you must pass through the front desk.

Guest room

▼The entire guest room looks like this. The bed is king size and large. The windows are large, allowing light to shine into the room.

▼There is a sofa for one person.

view from the window

▼The view from outside. You can see the mountains in the background.

▼If you look down, you can see the Shinkansen and JR trains.

Other equipment

▼Glass tables are suitable for business activities such as computer work.

▼Here is the refrigerator.

▼The minibar in the refrigerator has a lineup like this.

▼When you open the drawer, there are glasses, alcohol, snacks, etc.

▼Click here for the minibar menu. 145 yen for juice and cola seems quite reasonable. Beer is also 260 yen. At this price, you can use it without hesitation.

▼There were cookies as a welcome gift. It was sold at the lobby lounge for 700 yen. It was a delicious chocolate cookie with a homemade feel. One stay per stay, even if staying for consecutive nights.

closet

▼Photo of the inside of the closet

▼There is an iron and ironing board.

▼There is a safe and a yukata underneath it.

Washroom/Water area

▼The washstand is here.

▼Some parts of the wash basin were broken, but they were well kept.

▼There were two bottles of water here.

▼Soap

▼Amenities are gathered here.

▼Body cream and mouthwash were also available.

▼Toilet

▼Bath

▼There is no rain shower. Just a regular shower.

The above is an introduction to the inside of the room.

Lobby Lounge “&More by Sheraton”

I visited the lobby lounge, so I would like to introduce it to you. Here is the menu. Is the price appropriate for a hotel lounge?

▼The cake looked so delicious that I decided to try it.

The cake and coffee set was 1,500 yen.

▼Mont Blanc roll cake

▼Strawberry shortcake

It was a high quality cake. It was delicious. Coffee also meets cake. There is a charge for refills of coffee.

pool

There is a pool on site.

summary

This is the blog accommodation report for Sheraton Grand Hotel Hiroshima. Although we stayed during the year-end and New Year holidays, there were many guests who were relatively calm and it was a fun hotel life. It makes me want to stay at the hotel forever.

There are many restaurants both within the hotel and right outside the hotel, so you will never have trouble finding a meal. There is also a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. This hotel is extremely convenient as it is directly connected to the station.

It was a highly satisfying stay.
