[NGO(Nagoya Chubu Centrair Intl)]How to use Centrair “Botejyu” Priority Pass (takeout available)

By using Priority Pass, you can enjoy a free meal worth 3,400 yen at Botejyu at Chubu Centrair International Airport (Centrair). It is located outside the restricted area and can be used on both domestic and international flights. This time I have actually used it, so I will write a review.

What are Priority Pass restaurant benefits?

Priority Pass is a membership service that gives you access to lounges and airport services in over 600 cities in 148 countries around the world . If you have a pass, depending on your membership type, you can enjoy food and alcohol in the high-quality atmosphere of an airport lounge.

Priority Pass is especially useful when boarding international flights . The advantage is that you can use the lounge even if you are not flying in first class or business class, or if you are not a senior member of the airline.

Priority Pass has great benefits on international flights, but there are stores at Narita Airport, Centrair (Chubu Centrair International Airport), and Kansai International Airport where you can use Priority Pass even when taking domestic flights .

Centrair's Botejyu, which we will be introducing this time, is located in the general area, so you can use it regardless of whether you are on international or domestic flights, or at both departure and arrival terminals.

Please see below for Japanese domestic airports where Priority Pass can be used.

How to use “Botejyu” and conditions

Things to be confirmed when visiting the store

When visiting the store, you will need to present the following two items:

①Card

②Boarding pass

First, present your Priority Pass card. It is scanned by a special reading machine. In addition to Priority Pass, we also accept credit cards with lounge key functionality, membership cards for this service, and Diners Club cards.

Please present the same day's checked-in boarding pass . If you present it on the QR screen, it will also be scanned.

Details of benefits

If you choose to use it, it will be treated as if you were using it as a lounge benefit. The contents and conditions are as follows.

  • As a member of the lounge, you can enjoy one free meal of a restaurant-designated set menu worth 3,400 yen (tax included).
  • One use is treated as one use of the lounge.
  • Registration of companions is not possible
  • Can stay for up to 2 hours

Depending on the type of card, it may not be free and you will be charged a certain amount for one lounge visit. However, since the details of the contract and billing terms are not known at Botejyu stores, it is necessary to check the terms and conditions of your credit card company in advance.

There are two menus: dine-in and take-out.

The ``Botejyu Set'' includes a main dish of your choice from Mixed Okonomiyaki, Mixed Tsukimi Yakisoba, and Mixed Modern, as well as Gold Award Fried Bote, Osaka Salt Butter Dorayaki, and a drink containing alcohol.

The "Osaka Dotonbori Set" includes a main dish of your choice from Mixed Okonomiyaki, Mixed Tsukimi Yakisoba, or Mixed Modern, as well as a box of Osaka Salt Butter Dorayaki (5 pieces) and Fuji Mineral Water.

Inside the store, you can choose drinks and there is also alcohol.

Alcohol: Kaku highball, lemon sour, draft beer (medium mug)

Soft drinks: Coca-Cola, melon soda, 100% orange juice, Calpis, iced coffee, oolong tea

Q&A

If two people have two Priority Pass cards in the same name, can two people use it?

You can not use it. The name on the Priority Pass and the name on the boarding pass must match. Therefore, even if you have multiple Priority Passes, you can only use them for one person at a time.

What if I have a card that allows companions free of charge?

Some Priority Pass cards that come with credit cards allow a certain number of companions to travel free of charge. This restaurant does not allow companion registration, so it is not free.

Reviews and crowd conditions when actually visiting

store location

The store is located in the restaurant area on the 4th floor of Terminal 1. If you go up the escalator near the center of the departure lobby and proceed to the right, you will find Botejyu.

Store appearance/crowd status/reception

As for the crowd situation, I visited on a Saturday at 7pm, and there were about two groups in front of me. One group was a Priority Pass user and the other group was a regular customer.

While I was waiting for my turn, people who had ordered takeout were coming to pick up their food.

My honest impression is that it wasn't as crowded as I expected.

▼This is the exterior of the store.

▼You can sit on chairs and line up along the right side of the store.

▼Of course, if you are in a group that does not use Priority Pass, you can order from the regular menu.

▼Terms of use are listed at the store.

After waiting for about 15 minutes, it was my turn. First, you will be asked if you want to eat inside or take out. This time I ordered takeout. For takeout, choose from three options: Mixed Okonomiyaki, Mixed Tsukimi Yakisoba, and Mixed Modern.

▼You will be given a number tag. I was asked to come pick it up in 15 minutes. While you're waiting, you don't have to wait in front of the store, so you can kill time by doing things like shopping.

Receipt of goods

About 15 minutes after ordering, I go to pick up the item. The product is in a paper bag. ▼

▼Mix modern, mineral water, salted butter dorayaki

Botejyu is a place where you can easily enjoy the taste of Osaka. The strong flavor of the sauce and mayonnaise go well with modern grilling. Contains plenty of seafood ingredients such as shrimp and squid, making it extremely satisfying.

There are 5 pieces of dorayaki, so it's difficult for one person to eat all of them, but since they are individually wrapped and have a long expiration date, I think it's good to eat them at a later date.

This is the review of Centrair's Botejyu.
