From the official website

Most of the dishes are served on small plates, so it's easy to just pick up a plate and don't have to serve it yourself.

In addition, free wine is provided, so you can enjoy your morning alcoholic beverage.

Overall, the presentation was beautiful, and I felt that they were particular about the ingredients and presentation, making it a highly satisfying breakfast. As expected from Hokkaido, the quality of the food is high.
