Is it possible to use it twice in one day?

Yes. It is possible. However, you will need your own boarding pass. Even if you have two Priority Passes, each boarding pass can only be used once.

If two people have two Priority Pass cards in the same name, can two people use it?

You can not use it. The name on the Priority Pass and the name on the boarding pass must match. Therefore, even if you have multiple Priority Passes, you can only use them for one person at a time.

Will I be refunded if my order is less than 3,400 yen?

What happens if the amount exceeds 3,400 yen?

How do I enter the store if I have a companion free card?

First, check in at the front cashier counter. It's easy to find because it has the Priority Pass, Lounge Key, and Diners Club symbols on it.

There was no one in line when I visited, but it seemed like there was always someone at the reception desk. The time is lunch time at 12:00.

Simply present your Priority Pass and boarding pass at the counter to complete the registration process. This time, there were two people, so we will go through the procedures one by one.

At this time, you will be asked if you are using the restaurant or if you are ordering takeout. In the case of take-out, you could select your favorite item from a set set and take home 3,400 yen worth of items. This time we chose to use the restaurant.

As far as I could see, no one seemed to be choosing takeout. I would like to eat freshly prepared food at a restaurant.

By the way, if you don't have a pass, you can use it not only as a lounge but also as a regular restaurant. Those people were guided along the right side of the line. In this case, the eating and drinking areas were separated, but the menu seems to be the same.

We spent nearly 6,800 yen for two people. I think it's enough to fill you up. Osaka specialties such as modern yaki and takoyaki were delicious. Modern Yaki has plenty of seafood ingredients and is very satisfying. The takoyaki took about 20 minutes to be served, but it was delicious.
