Blog review of food at Narita Airport “Cathay Pacific Lounge” with photos

I visited the lounge (international flights) of Cathay Pacific, an airline based in Hong Kong, located at Narita Airport Terminal 2. There is a lounge after completing immigration procedures, where meals, alcoholic drinks, showers, and other services are provided until departure. This time I will be reviewing this lounge.

Narita Airport "Cathay Pacific Lounge"

Cathay Pacific is a Hong Kong-based airline that, like JAL, is a member of the Oneworld Alliance.

overview

As this is an airline-operated lounge, they offer not only alcohol and other drinks, but also food, and the service is more complete than that of a credit card lounge.

Target users

You can use the Cathay Pacific Lounge if you are flying in first class or business class, or if you have a certain airline status. If you are flying in first class, you may also bring one person with you.

Those who have a JAL Global Club (JGC) can also enter up to one companion as a "oneworld frequent flyer" (Sapphire member or Emerald member).

Lounge location and directions

The location is Narita Airport Terminal 2. After completing the immigration procedure, go past the immigration inspection area (on the north side) and go to the left where you will find the escalator that goes down to the 2nd floor.

▼I found a Cathay Pacific signboard.

As you step off the floor, you will immediately see the entrance to the lounge.

seating area

Next, I will introduce the seating area. There are table seats where you can easily eat, sofa seats where you can relax, and reclining seats.

There is a seat for one person.

There is a large sofa without a table.

▼There are also chairs where you can take a nap.

▼There are also private booth seats where you can get your work done.

▼The windows are large and you can see the parking lot nearby.

At the end

This is all about the Cathay Pacific Lounge at Narita Airport. The lounge had a calm atmosphere and was a quiet space. It has the advantage of being in a convenient location, very close to the immigration office.

It wasn't crowded and I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. This is the only lounge at Narita Airport where you can eat Haagen-Dazs. Although I didn't use it this time, this lounge is also equipped with a shower room. If you are boarding a night flight, you may want to consider taking a shower.
